None. Flo Glow has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, and makes no network requests. The developer never receives, sees, or stores any of your information, because there is no feature in the app that transmits it. This matches the app's privacy nutrition label on the App Store, which reads "Data Not Collected."

Everything you enter is stored only on your iPhone or iPad:

• Your cycle, period, and per-day flow entries
• Daily logs: symptoms, moods, basal body temperature (BBT), the optional sex log, and free-text notes
• Your life stage (Cycle Tracking, Trying to Conceive, Pregnancy, or Perimenopause), your pregnancy or period anchor, and profile basics such as your age and average cycle length
• App settings, the bundled article reading/bookmark state, and any reminder preferences

This information is stored in the app's private, sandboxed storage on your device. If you turn on the optional app passcode, it is stored in the iOS Keychain. Standard iOS Data Protection encrypts this data at rest. None of it is transmitted off your device.

If you enable reminders (period likely to start, ovulation day, a daily log nudge, or a supplement reminder), they are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. No reminder content is ever sent to a server. Notifications are optional, and every feature works without them.

The optional app lock uses your device's passcode and Face ID through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Flo Glow never sees or stores your Face ID data — that is handled entirely by iOS and the Secure Enclave. The lock is off by default.

On supported devices, Flo Glow can generate a daily brief and short "Created for you" reads using Apple Intelligence — Apple's on-device foundation models. This processing happens entirely on your device: the inputs (such as your current cycle phase, cycle day, and recently logged symptoms and moods) are given to the on-device model locally and are never sent to Apple, to the developer, or to any server. Nothing about your body leaves your device to produce these features.

They appear only on devices that support Apple Intelligence; where the feature is unavailable, the rest of Flo Glow works exactly the same. The brief and the generated reads are informational only and are not medical advice.

Flo Glow does not read from or write to Apple Health. Your health information lives only inside Flo Glow's own storage. No HealthKit permission is requested.

Flo Glow contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no trackers, no third-party code that phones home, and no in-app purchases or subscriptions. We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit your data to anyone — there is no third party involved and no technical means for us to do so. You can verify there is no network or tracking activity in iOS Settings.

• You can export everything as a JSON file at any time from Settings → Export.
• You can permanently delete all of your data from Settings → Delete all data.
• Deleting the app from your device also removes all of its data.

Flo Glow is rated 12+ (13+ on Apple's newer scale) and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data and has no servers or accounts, we do not — and cannot — knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
